Consultant - Strategy & Service Management (f/m/d)

How You´ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • Developing and operationalizing the Global Business Service strategy to align with company objectives
  • Designing and aligning a new international operating model in collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Establishing a global collaboration framework and overarching governance structure to streamline stakeholder interactions
  • Preparing senior leadership communications, including materials for C-level executives
  • Providing in-depth performance analysis to support internal stakeholders and clients, driving continuous improvement
  • Producing reports and analyses to enable data-driven decision-making at a global level
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to the team, offering guidance and responding to senior management requests with timely and well-founded insights

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • A degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field
  • Extensive professional experience in strategic and organizational development
  • Initial experience in conceptualizing and designing operating models
  • A proactive networking mindset with a confident, assertive, and diplomatic communication style, enabling effective collaboration across hierarchical levels
  • Exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate within multinational and cross-functional teams
  • Proven expertise in creating and delivering impactful senior leadership presentations
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation tools to convey complex information clearly and effectively
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900* 
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
