Controlling Manager - Performance Management (f/m/d)

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • Reporting on the performance and development of global initiatives, providing high-quality decision to support the top management
  • Developing and validating economic models and cost-benefit analyses in close cooperation with international departments
  • To create convincing presentations for international top-management meetings as well as change management and communication material
  • Building high-quality financial reporting solutions (dashboards)
  • To embody the role of Business Partner to our international (project) teams and business entities
  • Leading an international team of controlling experts and front-end report developers

Your Profile

The requirments of the role include: 

  • You have completed studies in the field of Business Engineering, Economics or similar, with a specialization in Finance, Controlling, Management Information Systems, or Strategic Management
  • As a Controlling Manager - Performance Management you have several years of relevant professional experience in Management Consulting, Auditing or Controlling 
  • You have profound project and change management skills
  • Ideally you have holistic, conceptual, strategic mind-set 
  • Your core competency holistic, conceptual, strategic mind-set 
  • Highly developed analytical skills, highly perceptive 
  • Excellent communication skills - ability and interest in thriving in a multinational environment while maintaining tact and high resilience
  • Structured, self-organised, and solution-oriented way of working

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 102.000*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
