Data & Analytics Controller (f/m/d)

How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:    

  • You will support setting up and developing functional controlling and act as essential Business Partner, working side-by-side with the data & analytics function to drive effective performance management in global functions
  • You will collaborate in demanding project settings such as defining the Target Operating Model for Functional Controlling incl. setting up governance standards, processes and ways of working 
  • You will establish seamless, accurate and on time Planning, Monitoring and Reporting for the data & analytics function as well as support smart decision making by delivering in-depth financial analysis 
  • Provide transparency about the performance and support in steering the data & analytics function by establishing, reviewing and analyzing operational KPIs and linked to the overall company steering relevant KPI
  • Performing these tasks requires analysis, understanding and challenging of delivered data as a sparring partner to identify actionable improvement potential in the data & analytics function
  • You will represent the finance organization, act as an interface and will be responsible for cross-functional stakeholder alignments with international stakeholders
  • Enable senior management and the data & analytics function to make informed decisions by translating complex information into a compelling storyline and documenting them in comprehensive presentations

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • You possess several years of experience working in Controlling or functional roles within data & analytics of an international corporate organization with experience in performance management
  • You have completed a degree in business administration, economics or finance
  • Your work experience in the area of international retail / FMCG is a valuable asset
  • You bring specialised qualifications or working experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
  • BI capabilities and feeling comfortable with the usage of dashboards, queries etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion to identifying the drivers behind numbers and combining quantitative data with qualitative information belong to your core competencies
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels are a matter of course to you
  • You have a desire to work in dynamic environments and enjoy collaborating with international stakeholders
  • You’re business-fluent in English

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
