Data Compliance Expert (f/m/d)

How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are: 

  • In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and development of the Group's international management systems with a focus on data compliance
  • You will consolidate existing data compliance measures, processes and systems into a data compliance management system, taking into account regulatory and enforcement trends as well as case law
  • In addition, you will be responsible for implementing tools and controls to promote group-wide collaboration, monitoring and reporting obligations
  • You will work in a matrix with colleagues from different markets and senior stakeholders to provide central oversight of the effectiveness of the management systems
  • You will be part of a global compliance and risk organization
  • Providing guidance and advice on data compliance issues completes your remit

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include: 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in law, business, data, information technology, or a related field
  • As an expert in Data Compliance you have at least 1-3 years of experience in a compliance role, with a focus on data compliance
  • You have got in-depth knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR)
  • You are business fluent in English
  • An analytical way of thinking and the ability to work on complex issues independently is a matter of course for you
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities set you apart

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 52.700*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
