How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and development of the Group's international management systems with a focus on data compliance
You will consolidate existing data compliance measures, processes and systems into a data compliance management system, taking into account regulatory and enforcement trends as well as case law
In addition, you will be responsible for implementing tools and controls to promote group-wide collaboration, monitoring and reporting obligations
You will work in a matrix with colleagues from different markets and senior stakeholders to provide central oversight of the effectiveness of the management systems
You will be part of a global compliance and risk organization
Providing guidance and advice on data compliance issues completes your remit

The requirements of the role include:

You have a Bachelor’s degree in law, business, data, information technology, or a related field
As an expert in Data Compliance you have at least 1-3 years of experience in a compliance role, with a focus on data compliance
You have got in-depth knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR)
You are business fluent in English
An analytical way of thinking and the ability to work on complex issues independently is a matter of course for you
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities set you apart

Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
