ESG Reporting Specialist (f/m/d)
How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a ESG Reporting Specialist you will Implement non-financial reporting regulations (e.g., CSRD and EU Taxonomy) across the ALDI SOUTH Group to ensure compliance across our operations
- You'll drive overarching project management activities
- You'll support the IT integration to meet the non-financial legislative requirements
- You'll support the non-financial report preparation and writing
- You'll establish audit-ready processes for robust reporting
- You'll empower internal stakeholders with tailored training and impactful presentations on non-financial reporting topics
- You'll collaborate on the design and execution of ESG-related projects that go beyond compliance, creating meaningful value
Your Profile
The requirements oft he role include:
- As a ESG Reporting Specialist you have completed studies ideally related to financial reporting with a strong interest in sustainability
- You have a comprehensive knowledge of non-financial reporting requirements and standards (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, EUDR etc.)
- You have hands on experience with the Workiva tool for preparing (non)-financial reports
- You have a minimum two years of experience of working in (non-) financial reporting
- You have the ability & enthusiasm to work across different functions within complex organizations
- You are characterized with very strong communication, writing, analytical and project management skills
- You have a positive can-do attitude and high degree of self-motivation
- You have precise and structured way of working with a focus on process-oriented thinking as well as results-oriented working methods
- You are proficiency in Microsoft Office
- You have excellent English skills

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 54,300.-*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
