ESG and CSRD Expert (f/m/d)

How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are: 

  • As an ESG and CSRD Expert you will support navigating complex sustainability challenges and opportunities, with a particular focus on compliance with evolving reporting standards, strategic ESG integration, and corporate policy development
  • You will conduct ESG risk and double materiality assessments to assess impacts, financial risks and opportunities for CSRD reporting
  • In addition, you will perform IRO identification to identified sustainable topics
  • You will engage with stakeholders to gather insights and prioritise ESG material issues
  • Your responsibilites include delivering actionable ESG recommendations to drive strategic sustainable decision-making
  • In your role you will leverage your expertise in the CSRD and double materiality assessments to support senior colleagues 
  • You will be part of a global risk and compliance organisation

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include: 

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
  • As an ESG and CSRD Expert you have at least 1-3 years experience in ESG consulting, sustainability strategy, or corporate policy development 
  • You have proven expertise in ESG and CSRD compliance and double materiality assessments 
  • You are a highly motivated, dynamic and passionate individual with the resourcefulness and qualitative skills that will allow to execute effectively
  • Strong project management skills, oral and written communication skills and the ability to create executive-level presentations set you apart
  • An analytical way of thinking and the ability to work on complex issues independently is a matter of course for you
  • You are business fluent in English

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
