How You'll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As an Executive Recruitment Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our global C-level executive recruitment
- With your market expertise you consult the top management within the whole ALDI South Group creating role profiles and tailored search strategies for C-level positions
- Developing and maintaining relationships with top-tier executive search firms gives you pleasure
- Another task that awaits you is the preparation of briefing documents for executive interviewers
- Conducting preliminary screening of executive candidates and supporting offer negotiations as well as closing with senior executives is part of your day-to-day
- In addition, you will also take care of the recruitment for leadership positions
- In your role you will work on improving quality of hiring processes, process design and work on recruiting-related projects
- High level conceptual and strategic work compliments your field of responsibilities
Your profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You possess 7+ years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in executive search and you have proven track record of successful C-level placements
- A strong network within relevant executive search firms and exceptional communication skills as an advisory partner for senior management are your professional core competencies
- You bring experience in supporting Board-level hiring decisions, strong business acumen and industry knowledge
- With your great stakeholder management skills, you can build rapport with senior executives
- Excellent project management and organisational skills describe your working style
- Ideally, you bring experience in both in-house and agency executive recruitment, as well as an understanding of executive compensation structures
- Previous exposure to Board governance processes and experience with succession planning initiatives is an advantage
- You’re fluent in the English language
