How You’ll Make Your Mark
In this position, you’ll…
- Develop the crisis management system for the international ALDI SOUTH Group
- Operate a process for the early identification of group wide crises, providing administrative and functional support to the group crisis response team
- Develop policies, procedures, templates, controls, and training material within area of responsibility
- Organise, coordinate and conduct workshops
- Provide situation reports on group crises to senior stakeholders
- Maintain effective awareness and understanding of crisis management developments and industry best practice
- Provide support with the enterprise risk and business continuity management systems
Candidate Profile
The requirements for the role are…
- Completed studies or equivalent education
- Practical experience in working within the field of crisis management
- Analytical way of thinking with the ability to work on complex issues independently
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Business fluent in English
- Structured, quality-oriented and independent way of working with a high level of accuracy
- Committed personality with excellent communication and teamwork skills

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 55,800.-*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
