How You’ll Make Your Mark

In this position, you’ll… 

  • Develop the crisis management system for the international ALDI SOUTH Group
  • Operate a process for the early identification of group wide crises, providing administrative and functional support to the group crisis response team
  • Develop policies, procedures, templates, controls, and training material within area of responsibility
  • Organise, coordinate and conduct workshops
  • Provide situation reports on group crises to senior stakeholders
  • Maintain effective awareness and understanding of crisis management developments and industry best practice
  • Provide support with the enterprise risk and business continuity management systems

Candidate Profile

The requirements for the role are… 

  • Completed studies or equivalent education
  • Practical experience in working within the field of crisis management
  • Analytical way of thinking with the ability to work on complex issues independently
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Business fluent in English
  • Structured, quality-oriented and independent way of working with a high level of accuracy
  • Committed personality with excellent communication and teamwork skills

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 55,800.-* 

*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
