How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- In this role you’ll contribute to cross-departmental projects with a strategic HR focus
- You’ll support the planning and execution of global transformation initiatives (i.e., change management, processes)
- This involves collaborating with local HR departments in the countries and across teams
- Providing effective guidance and consultancy to relevant stakeholders is part of your responsibilities
- As a Global HR Project Expert you will conduct industry and best-practice research, country queries and consolidating data
- In addition, you’ll develope and prepare international reports, guidelines and processes
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have completed your studies, ideally in the field of economics or human resources
- You possess advanced professional experience in global project & process management
- Fluency in business English is essential for this role, German would be an advantage
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to develop strategic concepts are your strong points
- You have experience working in an international environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, reliable, structured and detail-orientated describe your way of working
- You are self-driven, flexible, with a “hands-on mentality” and the willingness to learn and develop
- In addition, you have strong interpersonal and communication skills

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from EUR 59,300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
