How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

In this role you’ll contribute to cross-departmental projects with a strategic HR focus
You’ll support the planning and execution of global transformation initiatives (i.e., change management, processes)
This involves collaborating with local HR departments in the countries and across teams
Providing effective guidance and consultancy to relevant stakeholders is part of your responsibilities
As a Global HR Project Expert you will conduct industry and best-practice research, country queries and consolidating data
In addition, you’ll develope and prepare international reports, guidelines and processes

The requirements of the role include:

You have completed your studies, ideally in the field of economics or human resources
You possess advanced professional experience in global project & process management
Fluency in business English is essential for this role, German would be an advantage
Analytical thinking skills and the ability to develop strategic concepts are your strong points
You have experience working in an international environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Independent, reliable, structured and detail-orientated describe your way of working
You are self-driven, flexible, with a “hands-on mentality” and the willingness to learn and develop

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 59,300*
