How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

As Expert Manager - Strategic Finance you will support to drive strategic decision making by partnering with senior management and providing high-quality insights, combining deep financial knowledge with end-to-end commercial thinking.
You will collaborate to work in top-level corporate development projects with high financial impact and navigate complex situations by delivering clarity through structured solutions.
You are required to develop end-to-end steering concepts that align financial performance with strategic direction and create sustainable economic value.
To continuously review portfolio performance, assess the strategic financial health of individual businesses and derive recommendations for capital allocation.
You are expected to work closely together with a variety of stakeholders providing financial sparring and advice.

The requirements of the role include:

You possess several years of experience working in Private Equity, Strategy Consulting, M&A or Corporate Development in a leading international organization.
You have completed a degree in business administration, economics, finance or a related field.
Your work experience in the area of international retail / FMCG is a valuable asset.
You possess analytical aptitude with a passion for working on complex problems through identifying key drivers and combining quantitative rigor with qualitative skill.
You can leverage effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
You have a desire to work in a dynamic environment with like-minded colleagues and enjoy collaborating with international stakeholders.
You’re business-fluent in English.
