How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

As an Expert - Supplier Relationship Management you'll play an important role in monitoring and improving supplier performance, and in strengthening supplier relationship management (SRM) across ALDI’s international supply chain
You'll regularly check and analyse how food and non-food suppliers perform, based on defined KPIs, proactively identifying areas for optimisation and driving improvements
You'll be in direct contact with the suppliers to discuss and enhance delivery performance
You'll contribute to enhance our supplier reporting environment, ensuring that performance data is accurate, relevant, and actionable for stakeholders

The requirements of the role include:

You have completed an education in Economy, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
You have several years of professional experience in supplier relationship management, buying or supply chain management with a strong understanding of supplier performance metrics and optimisation
You are passionate about evaluating performance, continuously improving supplier relationships, and supporting operational excellence
You are comfortable working with reporting and analysis to track supplier performance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are among your core competencies, and you are able to simplify and communicate insights to diverse stakeholders
You're business-fluent in English and excellent communication skills support your work in an international environment
You work reliably, independently, and with a solution-oriented mindset
