How You'll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As Finance Project Assistant you will be supporting in monitoring and analysing international projects
- Furthermore, you are supporting in the creation of documents and trainings
- The collaboration with the IT departments and international colleagues is part of your daily work
- In your role you provide organisational and administrative support for the team
- Assistant duties in International Project Management Office including organising workshops, international meetings, and alignments is processed by you
- You improve and maintain documentation
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have either completed a business school like HAK, HLW, or you are during/completed business studies or you have relevant work experience in a finance or project management office related function
- Your strong MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) are among your core competencies
- Your structured and organised way of working enables you to fulfil your tasks independently
- You’re a team player
- You're fluent in the German and English language

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 43.000*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
