Financial Reporting Specialist (f/m/d)

How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • Once you have completed your comprehensive onboarding, you will prepare various reports for monthly reporting and forecasting, while also providing support to the team
  • You will independently analyse the monthly/yearly financial statements of the subsidiaries at holding level
  • Ad-hoc requests from different departments within the company will also be in the scope of your to-dos
  • You will manage and interpret large datasets to uncover trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
  • You will apply impact-driven storytelling techniques to process the analysed data, effectively conveying insights, and implications to stake- and shareholders about the direction of the business
  • To ensure consistent and excellent financial reporting practices globally, you will also work on projects on an international level

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • You have completed your studies in the fields of economics (ideally with a focus on Controlling, Accounting or comparable education background)
  • You have already gained experience and knowledge in Controlling, Accounting or Auditing
  • You possess several years of professional experience in the field of data visualisation and experience with ERP systems. Experience in the field of SQL development is an advantage
  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel (e.g. Pivot) and MS PowerPoint (esp. Think-cell)
  • You have strong cooperation and communication skills, and you work effectively with international stakeholders
  • You have a sharp analytical mind, a hands-on mentality and a strong affinity for IT
  • You're fluent in the English language, German is an advantage

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 55.000,-*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications.
