How You´ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a Buying Transformation & Project Expert you will work within the newly established Global Business Services (GBS) team as part of the Buying team to facilitate the further development of the GBS organisation and drive significant value creation for ALDI SÜD globally
- You will contribute to the implementation of new opportunities within the field of Buying, facilitating innovation and efficiency
- You will support project management for the rollout of ongoing projects and new initiatives
- Collecting relevant information and providing support for related business cases, analysing the financial implications for the organization is part of your responsibilities
- Monitor service delivery from vendors, ensuring compliance with established quality assurance standards and reviewing performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- You will support in managing risks, issues, and mitigation strategies related to Buying service delivery to ensure smooth operations
- Beyond that you will create presentations for international management discussions and offer project updates and status reports to various stakeholders
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- As a Buying Transformation & Project Expert you have completed studies in the field of business administration, economics or similar
- You already possess 3+ years of work experience in at least one field of buying, procurement or project management ideally in an international environment
- Initial end-to-end buying process knowledge is considered an advantage
- Ideally you already have experience in project and risk management and developing mitigation plans
- Proven skills in vendor management, specifically in monitoring service delivery and performance against SLAs and KPIs is a plus
- You possess advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, initial Jira & ServiceNow skills are an advantage
- You are business-fluent in English, proficiency in German is a plus
- You are self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently with a high degree of initiative
- Your strong analytical skills with high attention to detail set you apart
- You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multinational and cross-functional environment

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
