GBS - HR Project Expert (f/m/d)

How You´ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • Collaborating within the Global Business Services (GBS) team as part of the HR service tower to enhance the GBS organization and deliver substantial value for ALDI worldwide
  • Supporting the implementation of innovative HR solutions, driving efficiency and progress across the service tower
  • Leading and supporting project management activities to ensure the seamless rollout of new opportunities
  • Analyzing and developing business cases, with a focus on evaluating the financial impact of new initiatives
  • Overseeing vendor service delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards and monitoring performance against SLAs and KPIs
  • Proactively managing risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted HR service delivery
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with operational and strategic goals

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • A degree in HR, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in HR, project management, or controlling, ideally within an international consultancy context
  • Proven expertise in project and risk management, including mitigation strategies
  • Strong skills in vendor management, particularly monitoring service delivery and evaluating performance against SLAs and KPIs
  • Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel; skills in PowerPoint, Jira and ServiceNow (SNOW) are advantageous
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced setting

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900* 
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
