How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As Manager HR Transformation, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies that optimise and transform our HR department. You will work closely with multinational teams to plan and execute projects and monitor steady-state success, to ensure that the transformation aligns with our organisational objectives and delivers significant value
- Work within the newly established Global Business Services (GBS) team as part of the HR service tower to drive the further development of the GBS organisation and significant value globally to shape the future of the Global Business Service Strategy of ALDI South
- You plan, coordinate and execute international projects with your team focussed on execution and excellent stakeholder management
- Lead HR transformation projects from initial roll out to steady state operations, facilitating innovation and efficiency thorough out the service life cycle
- Work closely with internal and external partners to successfully execute transformation projects
- Act as first point of contact for stakeholders and top management queries
- Support project management for the rollout of new opportunities
- Coordinate and monitor related business cases, benefit tracking, analysing the financial implications for the organization
- Drive a service delivery monitoring, ensuring compliance with established quality assurance standards and reviewing performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Act as first point of contact to manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies related to HR service delivery to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR processes, ensuring alignment with operational goals
- Create compelling presentations and decision material for international management discussions and offer project updates and status reports to various stakeholders
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- Completed studies in the field of HR, business administration, economics or related subjects
- 3+ years of work experience in at least one field of HR or project management in a leading position
- Proven track record in transformation projects is an advantage
- You have a profound understanding of project management on an international level, end-to-end understanding of HR process is a plus
- Experience in project and risk management and coordinating the execution of mitigation plans
- Proven skills in organisational change projects with a complex stakeholder structure and scope
- Experience in managing external vendors and monitoring service delivery and performance against SLAs and KPIs on a contractual level is a plus
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently with a high degree of initiative
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and execution
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multinational and cross-functional environment
- Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint skills are a must
- Fluent in English, proficiency in German is a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally and embrace a fast-paced, evolving environment
