GBS - Real Estate Transformation Expert (f/m/d)

How you’ll make your mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • As Real Estate Transformation Expert, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies that optimise and transform our real estate department to align with the organisational objectives and deliver significant value
  • In your role, you will work closely with multinational teams to plan, manage and execute projects, ensuring adherence to methodology and governance guidelines and timelines
  • After project completion, you will be responsible for monitoring steady-state success, and the realisation of further improvements and value delivery
  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate effective communication and project success
  • Detailed analysis of processes and related volumetrics to inform strategic decisions are part of your responsibilities
  • You will provide relevant information and support for related business cases, analysing the financial implications for the organisation
  • You will establish, analyse and monitor quality assurance standards and performance metrics to ensure project deliverables meet expectations and provide sustainable value
  • Your responsibilities include identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive value creation
  • In addition, you will create data-driven reports and engaging presentations for international senior management and provide project updates and status reports to various stakeholders

Your profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • You have minimum 3 years of proven experience in Project Management and execution
  • You have completed your university degree or commercial training
  • You bring a first experience of fulfilling a lead role for a workstream/sub-stream
  • Prior experience in Business Consulting would be an asset
  • Familiarity with Real Estate & Property Management processes would be an advantage
  • You are highly self-motivated and enthusiastic, demonstrating the ability to work independently with strong initiative
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, within a process-focused approach sets you apart
  • You possess outstanding communication skills, with the capacity and confidence to collaborate effectively in an international context, including with Senior Management
  • You are fluent in English, proficiency in German is an advantage
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You are willing to travel internationally and embrace a fast-paced, evolving environment

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900* 
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
