Global Communications Consultant (f/m/d)
How You'll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- You will support in creating effective communication materials and timelines in global change programmes to clarify purpose and direction, and to align the efforts of ALDI employees in a single direction
- You will draft communication collateral to ensure consistency in key global messages and tone of voice
- This will also involve drafting communication materials for senior leaders within the business and ensuring messages are well received within the different ALDI countries
- You will coordinate communication timings and chose adequate communication channels for different stakeholder groups.
- You will be able to confidently and independently manage deadlines and deliver quality content in often short timeframes
- Understanding the business challenges and opportunities of each change programme, and translating this into impactful communications
- You will assist with external media enquiries addressed to the ALDI SÜD HOLDING as well as international media and NGO requests
- You will support and assist developing and disseminating international crisis communications
Your Profile
The requirements for this position:
- As a Global Communications Consultant you have 3+ years’ experience in change and / or internal communications roles (in-house or agency)
- You have a university degree, preferably in the field of strategic communications, public relations, internal communication, or journalism
- You have proven success in developing and executing change communications strategies, campaign and engagement plans
- Evidence of understanding and successful application of change management and / or communication theory
- You have excellent writing and editing skills and are fluent in English
- Being resilient and able to deal with ambiguity is one of your professional core competencies
- You are empathetic and able to work with all kinds of people
- You have an understanding of the global retail market

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 59.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
