How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

As part of the Global HR department, you lead teams in executing the company-wide people strategy across Leadership Development, Training, Succession, Performance, Engagement, and Diversity & Inclusion.
You build and maintain a strong leadership pipeline through standardised global leadership programs and elevate ALDI’s leadership capabilities.
You streamline and transform induction and training to create a learner-focused growth mindset.
You develop and implement talent and succession processes to ensure future organisational readiness.
You drive the execution of strategies and initiatives to strengthen ALDI’s high-performance culture and streamline performance management.
You lead employee listening programs to gather insights and drive meaningful improvements.
You drive global diversity and inclusion efforts to foster an equitable and inclusive culture.
You partner with senior leaders and local teams to align global strategies with regional needs.

The requirements of the role include:

You have over 10 years of senior leadership experience driving Learning, Leadership, People, and Culture Development.
You combine strategic expertise in designing and executing global leadership and talent strategies with operational knowledge in retail or consumer-oriented industries.
You are a business-focused leader who navigates People & Culture through transformation and value creation.
You have a proven track record of leading large-scale change and fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
You bring influential stakeholder management skills and partner with senior executives to co-create impactful solutions.
You have a global mindset, cultural fluency, and exceptional leadership and coaching capabilities.
You are fluent in English; German and other languages are an advantage.
