How You'll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As part of the Global HR department, you lead teams in executing the company-wide people strategy across Leadership Development, Training, Succession, Performance, Engagement, and Diversity & Inclusion.
- You build and maintain a strong leadership pipeline through standardised global leadership programs and elevate ALDI’s leadership capabilities.
- You streamline and transform induction and training to create a learner-focused growth mindset.
- You develop and implement talent and succession processes to ensure future organisational readiness.
- You drive the execution of strategies and initiatives to strengthen ALDI’s high-performance culture and streamline performance management.
- You lead employee listening programs to gather insights and drive meaningful improvements.
- You drive global diversity and inclusion efforts to foster an equitable and inclusive culture.
- You partner with senior leaders and local teams to align global strategies with regional needs.
Your profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have over 10 years of senior leadership experience driving Learning, Leadership, People, and Culture Development.
- You combine strategic expertise in designing and executing global leadership and talent strategies with operational knowledge in retail or consumer-oriented industries.
- You are a business-focused leader who navigates People & Culture through transformation and value creation.
- You have a proven track record of leading large-scale change and fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
- You bring influential stakeholder management skills and partner with senior executives to co-create impactful solutions.
- You have a global mindset, cultural fluency, and exceptional leadership and coaching capabilities.
- You are fluent in English; German and other languages are an advantage.
