How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a Global Strategy Specialist - Packaging, you will play a critical role in advancing ALDI SOUTH Group’s sustainability initiatives through the development of cutting-edge packaging strategies
- Research and develop efforts to identify and recommend sustainable packaging solutions are part of your tasks
- You will identify strategic opportunities for how we can meet our 2025 packaging goals
- You will contribute to the development of a long term packaging strategy beyond 2025 that considers regulatory compliance
- Stay current with evolving global packaging regulations and trends as part of your role
- You will closely collaborate with international and national business entities to streamline and enhance the successful integration of packaging strategies
- A close collaboration with external partners to advance ALDI’s packaging strategy is one of your tasks
Your Profile
The requirments oft he role include:
- As a Global Strategy Specialist - Packaging you have a degree in a relevant field such as packaging sustainability, the circular economy, corporate responsibility, environmental management, or similar discipline
- You have work experience in packaging strategy and sustainability, with a focus on circular economy principles and packaging regulation
- You are familiar with international sustainability initiatives and trends
- You are flexible to adapt to changing market conditions and emerging sustainability trends
- You have excellent communications skills, project management and teamwork skills
- Your English skills are business-fluent
- You enjoy international cooperation

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 49,200.-*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
