How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a Global Training Consultant (f/m/d) you'll design, coordinate and continuously improve global training solutions that support business priorities and enable consistent learning experiences across international teams
- You'll translate business and performance needs into effective learning solutions, including digital learning, e-learning modules, blended learning formats, learning journeys, facilitator materials and supporting resources
- Part of your tasks will include partnering with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and global learning teams to analyse training needs, define measurable learning objectives and recommend the most suitable learning approach
- Additionally, you'll manage the end-to-end development of training solutions, from needs analysis and concept design through to production, implementation, rollout and evaluation
- You'll apply instructional design principles, adult learning theory and modern learning methods to create clear, practical and engaging learning experiences for diverse target groups
- You'll support the design and use of digital learning formats, ensuring that training content is scalable, accessible, user-friendly and aligned with global standards.
- You'll work with Learning Management Systems (predominantly Workday) and digital learning platforms to support effective training delivery, learner experience, reporting and continuous improvement
- You'll collaborate closely with relevant global teams, including IPO and Workday-related stakeholders, to ensure training solutions are aligned with global implementation requirements
- You'll brief, guide and coordinate external vendors or production partners where required, ensuring that training content is delivered in line with learning objectives, quality expectations, timelines and brand standards
- You'll coordinate global training initiatives and rollouts, ensuring that content is relevant, practical and adaptable across countries, functions and audiences
- You'll monitor training effectiveness using learner feedback, usage data, business input and performance indicators to continuously improve learning content, formats and impact
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have completed studies in the field of instructional design, digital learning, psychology, communication or a similar area
- You have proven experience in designing, developing and implementing training solutions across a variety of topics, ideally in a dynamic international environment
- You bring strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, evidence-based learning practices and modern learning approaches for diverse audiences
- You have preferred experience with Workday Learning or comparable learning management systems
- You are confident working with instructional design technologies and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) as well as Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
- You are comfortable working with external vendors or production partners and can translate learning requirements into clear briefs, feedback and quality expectations
- You have experience designing and developing engaging digital learning experiences, including e-learning modules, training materials, facilitator guides, videos, virtual sessions and supporting resources
- You have strong project management skills and are comfortable coordinating training initiatives with international stakeholders, subject matter experts and external vendors
- You possess excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and practical learning content
- You are organised, proactive, creative and execution-focused, with a strong eye for detail and quality
- You are passionate about learning, digital enablement and creating meaningful learner experiences
- You can demonstrate your work through a portfolio of instructional design or digital learning projects
- You are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
