How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

You will support with global compensation and benefits initiatives (i.e., global company pension plan)
Contributing to and coordinating global projects in the field of compensation and benefits are some of your key tasks
Other tasks are liaising with local HR departments in the countries and managing external vendors
You will provide effective guidance and consultancy to relevant stakeholders
As an HR Expert Compensation & Projects, you will consolidate and prepare international reports

The requirements of this role include:

You have relevant professional experience within the field of compensation and benefits
As an HR Expert Compensation & Benefits, you have completed studies, ideally in the field of economics or human resources
You have project management experience combined with strong communication skills
An independent, reliable, structured and detail-orientated way of working describes your working style
You are self-driven and able to cope with ad hoc requests
You possess very good English skills

Gross annual salary starting from € 59.300 *
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
