HR Manager Global Compensation Projects (f/m/d)

How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • You will oversee and steer global compensation & benefits initiatives (i.e., global company pension plan)
  • Managing and driving global projects in the field of compensation and benefits are some of your key tasks
  • Other tasks are advising Top Management and liaising with local HR departments in the countries on compensation projects and policies
  • As a Global HR Manager Compensation Projects, you will lead a small team of experts and further developing and strengthening their technical expertise to provide effective guidance and consultancy to relevant stakeholders

Your Profile

The requirements of this role include:

  • You have several years of relevant professional experience working within the strategic field of compensation and benefits
  • As a Global HR Manager Compensation Projects, you have completed studies, ideally in the field of economics or human resources
  • You have international project management experience combined with strong communication skills and conceptual thinking
  • Leadership experience is an advantage
  • You are comfortable working in an environment with dynamic processes, projects and concepts with various stakeholders across hierarchies and countries
  • An independent, reliable, structured and detail-orientated way of working describes your working style
  • You are self-driven and able to cope with ad hoc requests

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 102.000 * 
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
