How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

As an HR Reporting & Analytics Expert, you’ll be responsible for executing HR reports, verifying, analysing, and visualising data ensuring accuracy and integrity
You’ll review and further develop global reporting standards, reporting processes, and data quality for HR KPIs
You’ll partner with HR leaders and specialist’s groups to better understand the relevance of HR-specific operational data
You’ll contribute to building a global HR Analytics function, providing the organisation and Top Management with data analysis and presentation
You’ll oversee the development of data queries using reporting tools
Additionally, you’ll participate in strategic HR projects aimed at improving HR performance, preparing workshops and organising key meetings

The requirements of the role include:

You have completed a study in the field of HR, Business Administration or similar
Initial work experience in controlling/reporting, ideally in the HR context
You have profound knowledge in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
You feel confident working with higher amounts of data
Experiences with Power Pivot, Power Query, Tableau and SAP as well as workday would be an advantage
You have analytical and process-oriented thinking combined with good numbers comprehension
You are self-driven, resilient and open minded
You are fluent in the English language

Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
