HR Reporting & Analytics Expert (f/m/d)

How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • As an HR Reporting & Analytics Expert, you’ll be responsible for executing HR reports, verifying, analysing, and visualising data ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • You’ll review and further develop global reporting standards, reporting processes, and data quality for HR KPIs
  • You’ll partner with HR leaders and specialist’s groups to better understand the relevance of HR-specific operational data
  • You’ll contribute to building a global HR Analytics function, providing the organisation and Top Management with data analysis and presentation
  • You’ll oversee the development of data queries using reporting tools
  • Additionally, you’ll participate in strategic HR projects aimed at improving HR performance, preparing workshops and organising key meetings

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • You have completed a study in the field of HR, Business Administration or similar
  • Initial work experience in controlling/reporting, ideally in the HR context
  • You have profound knowledge in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
  • You feel confident working with higher amounts of data
  • Experiences with Power Pivot, Power Query, Tableau and SAP as well as workday would be an advantage
  • You have analytical and process-oriented thinking combined with good numbers comprehension
  • You are self-driven, resilient and open minded
  • You are fluent in the English language

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900* 
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
