Intern - Circular Economy & (Food) Waste (f/m/d)
How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- Support the Circular Packaging & Waste team in ongoing sustainability initiatives and reporting processes
- Help prepare internal communication materials (e.g., factsheets, summaries, position papers, presentations) on key sustainability topics
- Support the monitoring and analysis of packaging and food waste reduction measures across all ALDI countries
- Conducting research on diverse food waste and circular economy (packaging & products) topics
- Assist in the coordination and documentation of internal meetings and working groups
- Assisting in various project tasks and gain knowledge about sustainability
- Workin with cross-functional teams on tasks is part of your responsibilities
Candidate Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You are in ongoing studies with a focus on sustainability, circular economy, social sciences
- Initial work experience related to sustainability is desirable
- Reliable, structured and independent way of working describes you
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is one of your professional core competencies
- You are confident in your communication and teamwork skills, and you enjoy international cooperation
- You have strong organisational and research skills
- You are detail-oriented with an professional attitude
- You possess very good English skills

Remuneration
Attractive gross annual salary starting from € 32.100*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
