How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

Support the Circular Packaging & Waste team in ongoing sustainability initiatives and reporting processes
Help prepare internal communication materials (e.g., factsheets, summaries, position papers, presentations) on key sustainability topics
Support the monitoring and analysis of packaging and food waste reduction measures across all ALDI countries
Conducting research on diverse food waste and circular economy (packaging & products) topics
Assist in the coordination and documentation of internal meetings and working groups
Assisting in various project tasks and gain knowledge about sustainability
Workin with cross-functional teams on tasks is part of your responsibilities

The requirements of the role include:

You are in ongoing studies with a focus on sustainability, circular economy, social sciences
Initial work experience related to sustainability is desirable
Reliable, structured and independent way of working describes you
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is one of your professional core competencies
You are confident in your communication and teamwork skills, and you enjoy international cooperation
You have strong organisational and research skills
You are detail-oriented with an professional attitude
You possess very good English skills
