Intern Group Taxes - Indirect Tax (f/m/d)

How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are: 

  • You assist in the implementation of tax requirements in SAP S/4HANA and the analysis of process changes
  • Identifying and optimising existing VAT processes as well as developing automated compliance are part of your responsibilities
  • Additionally, you support the assessment of tax issues and the creation of decision templates
  • You collaborate with the tax departments of various countries to ensure group-wide tax compliance
  • Analysing and interpreting VAT data to optimize tax processes and supporting the preparation of reports for management complement your area of work

Candidate Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • You are in advanced studies in economics, law, business informatics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on tax, accounting, controlling, or IT-supported process management
  • Initial practical experience in tax or accounting is advantageous but not required
  • You show interest in VAT law and topics related to digital transformation
  • Analytical thinking and a structured way of working are among your core competencies
  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, ideally you have some experience with SAP
  • You possess excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating with international teams
  • For this position, you bring very good English language skills

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 32.100* 
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
