How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are: 

  • Your responsibilities include organisational and administrative support in the handling of the entire recruiting process
  • This involves designing and publishing our job advertisements and coordination of appointments
  • You support the Recruitment team in general organisational and administrative tasks
  • Maintaining and updating internal systems is part of your tasks
  • Gathering relevant information and conducting research interests you
  • You assist in the preparation and implementation of HR-related projects

Candidate Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • Active advanced studies, ideally with a focus on Human Resource Management

  • MS Office (specifically MS Excel) is one of your professional core competencies

  • Structured, organised and independent way of working describes you

  • You're fluent in the English language

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 34.900*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
