How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

You'll play a critical role in supporting ALDI SOUTH Group’s sustainability development of cutting-edge packaging strategies
You'll guide teams to identify and recommend sustainable packaging solutions
Co-ordinating strategies for how we can meet our packaging goals
Contribute to the development of a long-term packaging strategy beyond 2025 that considers regulatory compliance
You'll stay current with evolving global packaging regulations and trends
You'll collaborate with international and national business entities to streamline and enhance the successful integration of packaging strategies
Close collaboration with external partners to advance ALDI’s packaging strategy

The requirements of the role include:

You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as the circular economy, corporate responsibility, environmental management, or similar discipline
Work experience in packaging strategy and sustainability, with a focus on circular economy principles and packaging regulation is preferred
Familiarity with international sustainability initiatives and trends
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and emerging sustainability trends
Excellent communications skills and project management skills
You have business-fluent English skills
You enjoy international cooperation and co-ordination
You have excellent communication and teamwork skills

Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300,-*
