How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • Support the Global Strategy Office in driving continuous growth and success, playing a key role in shaping strategic initiatives
  • Monitor and interpret global market trends, business performance, and competitor actions to guide critical strategic decisions
  • Oversee regular strategy reviews, ensuring that governance, processes, and systems are optimally managed for seamless execution
  • Track and communicate progress on Global Strategy Initiatives, aligning them with overarching business goals and objectives
  • Deliver high-impact content for senior stakeholders, offering data-driven insights to inform executive decision-making
  • Lead high-level strategic projects, steering global business operations and driving forward long-term objectives

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • You hold a degree and bring several years of leadership experience in a similar strategic role within an international corporate environment. Your background showcases your ability to navigate complex structures and deliver successful outcomes
  • You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and excel at managing ambiguity, consistently maintaining focus on strategic goals and long-term success
  • You possess a deep understanding of business dynamics and are adept at turning complex challenges into actionable and effective strategies that drive commercial success
  • You are highly skilled in building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior decision-makers, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve aligned objectives
  • You communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organisation, ensuring that complex information is delivered in a concise and understandable manner

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from €  102.000*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
