Manager Group Compliance (f/m/d)

How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are: 
 

  • In this role you will manage a team responsible for the operation and further development of the international group management systems in the areas of compliance, delivering on agreed strategy and objectives
  • You will support the identification, assessment and mitigation of the greatest compliance risks for the business
  • Your responsibilities also include developing and implementing systems and controls to ensure compliance and regularly reviewing effectiveness of measures
  • In addition, you will prepare reports for senior stakeholders to provide central oversight into the effectiveness of the management systems
  • You are motivated by the task of maintaining an effective awareness and understanding of compliance obligations, developments and best practice
  • Provide guidance and consultancy on topics of compliance complete your field of activity 

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include: 

  • You have got several years of relevant professional experience working within the field of compliance, with a proven track record of successfully managing a team
  • You have completed academic education or equivalent
  • Hands on project management are amongst your core competencies
  • You are business fluent in English
  • Analytical and strategic thinking as well as conceptual competence sets you apart
  • You have got excellent written and presentation skills 
  • As a leader, you have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels 
  • You are able to work individually and as part of a team with minimal supervision
  • You enjoy to exercise leadership and influence

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 102.000*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification*
