Manager Planning & Financial Analytics (f/m/d)

How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • You’ll lead a team of highly motivated and dynamic planning experts
  • In your role you’ll organize and manage the group wide annual long-term planning process
  • Analysing the strategic and financial plans and advising leadership on business findings (e.g. global investment and expansion strategies, KPI analyses etc.) gives you pleasure
  • In addition, you’ll drive the development of financial models/scenarios and ad hoc financial analyses to support the management in their decision making in a timely manner
  • This includes building effective working relationships while acting as Business Partner to various internal stakeholders
  • Another task that awaits you is to design and prepare compelling documents for top management meetings 
  • You’ll provide guidance and organize trainings for planning teams of national / international entities
  • Working closely with controlling teams to develop the planning process according to the needs of the organization completes your area of responsibility

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • You possess 5+ years of experience in the field of financial planning & analysis, controlling, consulting in a global company
  • Relevant leadership experience of multiple direct reports appeals to you
  • Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to understand and communicate the bigger picture belong to your professional core competencies
  • You have completed your university degree in Finance, Management, Accounting or similar 
  • The ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced international environment is a matter of course for you
  • You’re fluent in the English language, German skills would be an advantage

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 102.000* 
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
