How you'll Make your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • You’ll own and maintain project management methodologies and processes
  • You’ll develop the Target operating model for the PMO function globally
  • Providing guidance and support for project management activities within the organization
  • Establishing and maintaining a project portfolio management process to select, prioritize, and manage the execution of the right projects
  • Monitoring project progress and performance to ensure alignment with defined objectives
  • You’ll interact with project stakeholders, national Project management offices and managing stakeholder communication
  • Monitoring the maintenance of all project documentation
  • Providing project management training and mentoring to project managers and team members

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • You have completed education to degree level in Finance, Economy or similar fields
  • Certifications in project management are preferred
  • As a Manager - Project Management Office you have several years of relevant work experience in the field of project management and portfolio management
  • Practical experience in a similar role within an international group structure or a matrix structure
  • Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders internationally
  • Solid technical knowledge combined with a drive for consistent execution of decisions and a practical approach to translating theory into action
  • You are business-fluent English
  • You have strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commercial-oriented way of thinking and solution-oriented way of working
