How you’ll make your mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

You will support the planning and execution of strategic global HR projects, collaborating across teams and countries
This will also involve supporting the development of concepts, processes and global frameworks focusing on People & Culture topics
You will collaborate on various international HR projects
Preparing international workshops, steering of meetings and coordinating with international partners are part of your tasks
As a People & Culture Professional you will conduct industry and best-practice research, country queries and consolidating data
In addition, you will prepare decision papers and presentations for Top Management

The requirements for this position:

You have completed your studies in (social) economics or human resources
You have work experience in global HR projects or consultancy experiences (1-3 years)
Business fluent English skills and intercultural sensitivity are essential to this role
You possess project management skills and conceptual competence
A creative and solution-oriented thinking set you apart
You are self-driven, resilient, open-minded and deliver reliably in a dynamic environment
You are a team player with a structured and detail-oriented way of working

Gross annual salary starting from € 41.400 *
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
