People & Culture Professional (f/m/d)

How you’ll make your mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • You will support the planning and execution of strategic global HR projects, collaborating across teams and countries
  • This will also involve supporting the development of concepts, processes and global frameworks focusing on People & Culture topics
  • You will collaborate on various international HR projects
  • Preparing international workshops, steering of meetings and coordinating with international partners are part of your tasks
  • As a People & Culture Professional you will conduct industry and best-practice research, country queries and consolidating data
  • In addition, you will prepare decision papers and presentations for Top Management 

Your profile

The requirements for this position:

  • You have completed your studies in (social) economics or human resources
  • You have work experience in global HR projects or consultancy experiences (1-3 years)
  • Business fluent English skills and intercultural sensitivity are essential to this role 
  • You possess project management skills and conceptual competence
  • A creative and solution-oriented thinking set you apart
  • You are self-driven, resilient, open-minded and deliver reliably in a dynamic environment
  • You are a team player with a structured and detail-oriented way of working

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 41.400 * 
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
