How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • You will collaborate with international teams and internal stakeholders to establish and maintain clear
    communications processes
  • As part of you tasks you will confidently draft communications material in a variety of formats to be distributed 
    internally and externally
  • You will contribute to organization-wide communications projects with the support of your manager
  • This involves internal and external research of communications best practices
  • You will assist with creating PowerPoint presentations that go to stakeholders in the business
  • In addition you will organise calendar invites for meetings
  • You will work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • You have a university degree, preferably in the field of strategic communications, public relations, internal 
    communication, or journalism
  • You have work experience in corporate communications or HR
  • Business-fluent English skills and intercultural sensitivity are essential to this role 
  • You possess project management skills and conceptual competence
  • A creative and solution-oriented thinking set you apart
  • You are self-driven, resilient and open-minded, and deliver reliably in a dynamic environment
  • You are a team player with a structured and detail-oriented way of working

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 41.450*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
