How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

You will collaborate with international teams and internal stakeholders to establish and maintain clear
communications processes
As part of you tasks you will confidently draft communications material in a variety of formats to be distributed
internally and externally
You will contribute to organization-wide communications projects with the support of your manager
This involves internal and external research of communications best practices
You will assist with creating PowerPoint presentations that go to stakeholders in the business
In addition you will organise calendar invites for meetings
You will work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

The requirements of the role include:

You have a university degree, preferably in the field of strategic communications, public relations, internal
communication, or journalism
You have work experience in corporate communications or HR
Business-fluent English skills and intercultural sensitivity are essential to this role
You possess project management skills and conceptual competence
A creative and solution-oriented thinking set you apart
You are self-driven, resilient and open-minded, and deliver reliably in a dynamic environment
You are a team player with a structured and detail-oriented way of working

Gross annual salary starting from € 41.450*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
