Tasks that await me

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • You will support the setup and development of holding and project controlling to help internal functions understand their costs and performance.
  • You will support end-to-end controlling activities—covering planning, forecasting, reporting, and investment controlling—for the management holding to ensure performance aligns with budget.
  • You will define and implement guidelines for capturing project financials consistently across the organization and ensure the integration of financial data and project management workflows within the project management tool (ServiceNow).
  • You will develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to enable transparent financial monitoring and self-service reporting for stakeholders.
  • To succeed, you must analyze, understand, and challenge delivered data, and proactively share best practices through training and support for the organization on project financials and tool usage.

My qualifications

The requirements of the role include:

  • You have completed a degree in business administration, economics, accounting, or finance
  • You bring minimum 1-year of finance/ controlling experience 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels are a matter of course to you
  • You have the ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment with adaptability to change
  • A structured, self-organized, and solution-focused work style sets you apart 
  • You have a creative mindset with resilience and reliability in delivering high-quality results
  • Prior experience in working with SAP S/4 HANA Finance and BW queries is beneficial
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SharePoint is a plus
  • You are business-fluent in English
