Project Controlling - Business Partner (f/m/d)
How you’ll make your mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- You’ll support project managers in building comprehensive and consistent business cases along the project lifecycle
This involves challenging assumptions and pressure-test financial proposals, identifying both risks and untapped opportunities - You’ll further develop existing tools and processes to measure financial success of projects
- Setting international guidance for how financials within project management are captured and define minimum requirements are part of your responsibilities
- Collaborating across functions and geographies to align financial goals and processes gives you pleasure
- You’ll translate financial data into actionable insights through compelling presentations to support senior management in their decision-making process
- In addition, you’ll support in overall decision-making within the area of Project Controlling & Strategic Support
Your profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, providing you with a strong foundation in financial and strategic topics or equivalent work experience in the field of Controlling
- You have solid background in controlling or project management-related roles with experience in writing solid business cases, performing financial analysis and acting as a business partner is expected
- You possess a sharp analytical mindset combined with a good feeling for business, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are required
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written is essential; additional languages are a plus

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
