Project Controlling - Business Partner (f/m/d)

How you’ll make your mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

You’ll support project managers in building comprehensive and consistent business cases along the project lifecycle
This involves challenging assumptions and pressure-test financial proposals, identifying both risks and untapped opportunities
You’ll further develop existing tools and processes to measure financial success of projects
Setting international guidance for how financials within project management are captured and define minimum requirements are part of your responsibilities
Collaborating across functions and geographies to align financial goals and processes gives you pleasure
You’ll translate financial data into actionable insights through compelling presentations to support senior management in their decision-making process
In addition, you’ll support in overall decision-making within the area of Project Controlling & Strategic Support

The requirements of the role include:

You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, providing you with a strong foundation in financial and strategic topics or equivalent work experience in the field of Controlling
You have solid background in controlling or project management-related roles with experience in writing solid business cases, performing financial analysis and acting as a business partner is expected
You possess a sharp analytical mindset combined with a good feeling for business, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are required
Fluency in English, both spoken and written is essential; additional languages are a plus

Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900*

*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
