Project Manager - Financial Controlling (f/m/d)

Your main tasks in this role are 

  • As a  Project Manager - Financial Controlling you will support the development and implementation of the global Controlling Target Operating Model 
  • You are responsible for setting up an effective multi-project management and ensuring that initiatives are implemented in accordance with the overarching project goals 
  • You will need to facilitate harmonised project management approaches across different initiatives / working groups by defining project management processes, reporting mechanisms, and other project management tools (e.g. standardised templates) 
  • Along the implementation, you will be tasked to centrally oversee initiatives and track the progress (milestones, KPIs) and resources (time, cost) to ensure that the overarching as well as initiatives goals are met within the set timeframe and further constraints 
  • This includes the preparation of status updates / reports and decision templates for senior management and other stakeholders 
  • You will be asked to help identifying, assessing, and managing potential risks that could impact the project's success as well as major interdependencies which need to be considered 
  • In addition, you will interact with various international stakeholders to discuss and align on (interim) project results 

Your profile

The requirements of the role include: 

  • You have got several years of experience working in a project-driven context (e.g. Consulting, Strategy Department or Project Management Office of a corporate organization) 
  • You have completed your degree in business administration, economics, finance or strategic management 
  • You have experience in managing complex projects, ideally in the field of Controlling or Finance 
  • You bring specialised qualifications and experience in project management and/or change management methodologies. Certification in Project Management would be a distinct advantage
  • You excel in communication and interpersonal skills, effectively engaging with stakeholders at various levels 
  • You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy collaborating with international stakeholders 
  • You are fluent in English

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 104.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
