SCM Transformation Consultant (f/m/d)

How You´ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • Work within the newly established Global Business Services (GBS) team to facilitate ALDIs organisational transformation and drive significant value creation for ALDI global
  • Support project management for medium to large transformation projects
  • Provide relevant information and support for related business cases, analysing the financial implications for the organisation
  • Monitor service delivery from vendors, ensuring compliance with established quality assurance standards and reviewing performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies related to service delivery to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SCM processes, ensuring alignment with operational goals
  • Create compelling presentations for international management discussions and offer project updates and status reports to various stakeholders

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • Completed studies in the field of SCM/ logistics, business administration, economics or related subjects
  • 3+ years of work experience in at least one field of SCM, project management or controlling preferably in the context of an international consultancy 
  • Experience in project and risk management and developing mitigation plans
  • Proven skills in vendor management, specifically in monitoring service delivery and performance against SLAs and KPIs
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently with a high degree of initiative
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multinational and cross-functional environment
  • Advanced Excel skills are a must, PowerPoint, Jira & SNOW skills are of advantage
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally and embrace a fast-paced, evolving environment

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900* 
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
