How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- You'll be integral part of the cross-functional ISUST project management office (PMO) which is tasked to steer the development of ALDI's future strategic priorities for Sustainability
- You'll take charge of coordinating impactful meetings, ensuring everything runs smoothly, capturing key minutes, and summarizing next steps so everyone stays aligned and on track
- You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to craft and streamline content input and approval processes, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery
- You'll prepare and fine-tune committee presentation materials, while also playing a key role in shaping Senior Management communications, from crafting memos to ensuring messages are spot on
- You'll provide essential guiding materials for strategy development, including timelines, templates, presentations, and one-pagers, helping the team stay organized and focused
- As the go-to expert, you'll field operational inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders, managing everything from SharePoint upkeep to onboarding new topics, always ensuring smooth operations
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- As PMO Specialist in Finance for Sustainability, you have an affinity for project management, organizing tasks (e.g., Teams Planner) and tracking project plans (e.g., GANTTs)
- You'll organize meetings, set agendas, coordinate stakeholders, and take minutes
- You'll be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word/Excel/PPT)
- You'll leverage strong communication skills to liaise with project stakeholders, keeping colleagues updated and ensuring deadlines are met
- You'll have a broad understanding of strategy development and operationalization concepts, including benchmarking, ambition formulation, roadmap creation, target setting, and OKRs
- You'll demonstrate high sensitivity toward confidentiality and handle transformative content with care, especially in relation to stakeholder relations
- You'll manage yourself through self-organization and structured work methods, proactively driving and following up on tasks, viewing challenges as opportunities for growth
- You'll manage change by being flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adjusting quickly to changes as needed
- You'll drive decisions and results with attention to detail, diligence, and high-quality standards, summarizing key messages concisely and finding compromises between differing opinions
- You are fluent in English

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 54,300.-*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
