Sr. Manager Fin. Reporting Governance (f/m/d)

How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • You lead several teams that drive and define a Financial Reporting Governance strategy for the ALDI SOUTH Group
  • Your in-depth Retail and Finance knowledge enables you to provide focused decision documents for complex topics with diverse stakeholder requirements
  • You drive execution-oriented cross-departmental project management hand-in-hand with Finance colleagues from our ALDI SOUTH countries and international departments
  • You enable and coach your teams to prepare and execute workshops and training sessions with stakeholders on an international level, facilitating understanding and alignment across the entire organisation
  • You share and discuss your Financial Reporting Governance proactively with internal stakeholders so that the Governance can be lived in day-to-day operations

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • You have completed your studies in the fields of business administration, economics or IT
  • You possess more than 5 years of professional experience as a Controller (f/m/d) ideally in Financial Controlling 
  • You ideally have knowledge of the Retail industry, Buying and / or Supply Chain functions 
  • You have experience managing a team
  • You have proven expertise in project management
  • You show strong communication and interpersonal and business partnering skills, with the ability to effectively engage with international stakeholders
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • You are fluent in the English language, German is an advantage

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 117,300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
