Strategic Global Mobility Consultant (f/m/d)

How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are: 

  • As a Strategic Global Mobility Consultant, you will manage projects and develop strategic HR initiatives aimed to enhance ALDI's assignment process
  • Additionally, you will design and internationally align Global Mobility policies and processes, focusing on international  assignments and permanent relocations for the ALDI SÜD Group
  • Cooperating with internal stakeholders across diverse countries and business units is part of your tasks
  • In this role you will organise and conduct global meetings for cross-national knowledge building and best-practise exchange 
  • You will be responsible for preparing stakeholder presentations for strategic decision-making
  • You will coordinate and improve global services in collaboration with external partners (relocation service provider, tax advisor, health insurance)

Candidate Profile

The requirements of the role include: 

  • You have completed studies in the area of business administration, human resources or similar
  • You already possess relevant work experience in the field of project management
  • An understanding of the principles of immigration, tax and social security frameworks is considered an asset 
  • You possess business-fluent English skills 
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • You are a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and conceptual competence 
  • Your working style is described by analytical and process-oriented thinking, combined with a 'hands-on' mentality
  • You are self-driven, resilient, and open-minded, and thrive working in an international team

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
