How You’ll Make Your Mark

In this position, you’ll:

  • You will design, align and update international Global Mobility processes and guidelines (assignments, business travels, relocations) for the ALDI SOUTH Group
  • Developing strategic HR initiatives focusing on assignee experience and communication is one of your key tasks
  • Another task is organising and conducting global workshops and trainings for cross-national knowledge building and best-practise exchange
  • You will cooperate with internal stakeholders across diverse countries and business units
  • As a Strategic HR Global Mobility Expert, you will prepare stakeholder presentations for strategic decision-making
  • You will coordinate and improve global services in collaboration with external partners (tax advisor, relocation provider, health insurer)  

Candidate Profile

The requirements for the role are:

  • You have completed a study, ideally related to economics or human resources
  • Relevant work experience in the strategic field of Global Mobility is required for this position
  • You have profound understanding of employment, immigration, tax and social security law
  • Strong communication skills and conceptual competence are some of your professional key competencies
  • Analytical and process-oriented thinking combined with a ‘hands-on’ mentality describes your working style
  • As a Strategic HR Global Mobility Expert, you are self-driven, resilient, open minded and a good team player
  • You have fluent English skills

Gross annual salary starting from € 52.700 * 
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
