How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

As a Sustainability Expert - Agile Projects you are a part of a joint project between national and international sustainability teams and IT to enable ALDIs Global Sustainability Strategy with common data, integrated processes and the right technology
You contribute to the project by building bridges between business and IT
You are collaborating with internal and external partners regarding the planning, management and coordination of projects
You collect, specify and coordinate requirements in cooperation with the relevant business experts and stakeholder
You will be responsible for analysing and evaluating technical solutions, incl. vendor evaluation sessions

The requirements oft he role include:

As a Sustainability Expert - Agile Projects you have a bachelor's or master’s degree in business economics or similar discipline
You are interested in new digital solutions and ideally have previous experience working on similar projects
You have a passion for sustainability
You have excellent communications skills
You have existing knowledge in agile project management (e.g. requirements engineering)
You are highly motivated to support the experts team in the digitalization of processes
You English skills are business-fluent

Gross annual salary starting from € 52,700.-*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
