Sustainability Expert - Agile Projects (f/m/d)
How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a Sustainability Expert - Agile Projects you are a part of a joint project between national and international sustainability teams and IT to enable ALDIs Global Sustainability Strategy with common data, integrated processes and the right technology
- You contribute to the project by building bridges between business and IT
- You are collaborating with internal and external partners regarding the planning, management and coordination of projects
- You collect, specify and coordinate requirements in cooperation with the relevant business experts and stakeholder
- You will be responsible for analysing and evaluating technical solutions, incl. vendor evaluation sessions
Your Profile
The requirements oft he role include:
- As a Sustainability Expert - Agile Projects you have a bachelor's or master’s degree in business economics or similar discipline
- You are interested in new digital solutions and ideally have previous experience working on similar projects
- You have a passion for sustainability
- You have excellent communications skills
- You have existing knowledge in agile project management (e.g. requirements engineering)
- You are highly motivated to support the experts team in the digitalization of processes
- You English skills are business-fluent

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 52,700.-*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
