How You´ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

You’ll lead a team of 6-8 global mobility experts
As part of your day-to-day, you’ll manage international assignments and permanent relocations to/from ALDI SÜD HOLDING (ASH), as well as permanent external ASH hires from abroad
You’ll ensure a great assignee experience while adhering to all policies and processes
As part of your role, you’ll cooperate with internal stakeholders across ASH and ALDI countries to enhance both assignee experience, policies and procedures
You’ll steer external service providers with a focus on improving services
You’ll prepare and conduct assignee information sessions
You’ll be driving mobility related projects

The requirements of the role include:

You have completed studies in the field of International Business/Human Resource Management or related disciplines
You have relevant work experience in the field of global mobility
You possess effective communication and collaboration skills at all levels
You are solution-oriented and have a structured way of working
You are self-driven, resilient, and open minded
You are fluent in business English

Gross annual salary starting from € 74.500*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
