How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a Market & Commodity Consultant, you will lead the analysis of international agricultural product markets, identify the economic trends and offering actionable insights to inform internal commodity strategies
- You act as a subject matter expert, developing comprehensive analyses and innovative frameworks to evaluate global trade market dynamic, enhancing decision-making for forecasting
- You will design and manage complex datasets to monitor trade price fluctuations, value chain evolutions, and sectoral developments, ensuring the synthesis of accurate and timely insights
- You will drive the creation of high-impact business cases, identifying and advancing strategic opportunities in procurement and buying strategies
- Working as part of the Commodity Insights team, you will deliver executive level presentations, creating tailored weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports to address the needs of key stakeholders and decision-makers
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- As a Market & Commodity Consultant, you have completed business-oriented or science studies or similar education
- You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of agriculture, retail or the FMCG sector
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Business-fluent English skills are essentials to the role
- Analytical and solution-oriented personality describes your working style
- You bring a reliable, structured and independent way of working with you

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 60,900.-*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
