International Purchasing Assistant (f/m/d)

How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are: 

  • As an International Purchasing Assistant you maintain and independently check master data for completeness and correctness  
  • You support in the planning, implementation and optimisation of product-specific international purchasing activities 
  • You are responsible for researching information in the area of procurement for Food, Non-Food and Beverages 
  • You complete organisational and administrative tasks 
  • This requires you to communicate with global internal and external stakeholders 

Candidate Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • As an International Purchasing Assistant you have a high school diploma or have completed a commercial apprenticeship 
  • You are proficient in the computer (especially MS-Office) 
  • You possess strong English skills 
  • You are reliable, structured and have an independent way of working 
  • Very good communication and team skills are imperative for the role 
  • This role requires you to be an analytical and solution-oriented thinker  
  • An advantage for the role is SAP Ariba or SAP HANA knowledge

Remuneration

Attractive gross annual salary starting from € 41.400*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
