Business Analytics Specialist (f/m/d)

Your main tasks in this role are: 

  • As a Business Analytics Specialist, you are responsible for extraction, transformation, and consolidation of data from different data sources 
  • You analyse data and present the relevant findings to support decision-making 
  • You are responsible for the conception and implementation of reports and dashboards for data analysis and visualization 
  • For various challenges in data analysis, you will create solutions 
  • In this role, you implement and optimize both new and existing ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes 
  • In addition, you are responsible for the overarching collaboration with international buying teams and departments in data analytics projects 

Your Profile

The requirements for the role include: 

  • As a Business Analytics Specialist, you have completed scientific, engineering or business-oriented studies with a focus on computer science or comparable professional experience
  • You are analytical, solution-oriented, and possess numerical thinking skills 
  • You already have basic expertise in development (e.g., Python, VBA, SQL) and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point 
  • Your strong knowledge and interest of business intelligence tools will be considered an asset (e.g. Azure, Tableau) 
  • You are experienced in the retail sector  
  • Conscientious, reliable, structured, and independent describes your working style 
  • You possess business fluent English skills  
  • In addition of this, you bring strong communication skills with you to the role

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 52,700*

*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
