Commodity Coordination Specialist (f/m/d)
How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a Specialist in the Commodity Insights Service Coordinator Team, you are the main point of contact in commodity queries for buying teams
- Your tasks include assessing and triaging requests from buying teams by aligning closely with internal stakeholders and external service provider
- You deliver buying teams relevant market data for negotiations, including current market insights and price development of different food and non-food commodities
- You are responsible for independently developing concepts and solutions to enable data driven buying decisions of your assigned category and achieve cost savings
- You train buying teams on the COIN team services, commodity knowledge and market insights
- Working as part of the Commodity Insights Team, you own a clear, service-oriented and open communication style and engage strategically with buying teams, internal departments and data provider
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- As a CSC Specialist, you completed studies in the field of business administration, economics or you possess relevant work experience in retail
- You bring excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of commodity markets is an advantage
- You are proficient in the use of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- You possess business-fluent English skills
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking skills are your strong points
- Reliability, structure and independency describe your working style

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
