Your main tasks in this role are:

  • As a Project Management Specialist, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects related to procurement within the organization, ensuring they align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, while managing project timelines and resources effectively
  • Your responsibilities include monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • You will facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle
  • As part of your role, you will prepare comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and post-project evaluations
  • You will actively participate in promoting knowledge sharing, gathering new requirements across the organization, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • You have completed education in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.   You have strong project management skills and a proven track record in delivering projects on time and meeting stakeholder expectations
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • You thrive in an international environment and possess business fluent English skills
  • You have relevant work experience in project management, particularly in coordinating teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • A solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and obstacles
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software such as Confluence, or Jira
  • MS Office skills are essential, especially in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • You have an analytical mindset and the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
  • Your organized, reliable, and structured way of working is a strong asset for the role
  • Project Management certifications are highly desirable and will enhance your candidacy

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 54,300.-*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
